1. Services
Repeat Detailing provides mobile auto detailing services including interior detailing, exterior detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, and related services. Services are performed at the customer’s location within our service area.
We reserve the right to refuse service for vehicles that present safety hazards, excessive biohazards, or unsafe working conditions.
2. Appointments & Access
Customers must:
- Provide accurate booking information
- Ensure vehicle access at the scheduled time
- Provide adequate space for service (minimum 3 feet around vehicle)
- Ensure safe working conditions
If utilities (water or electricity) are required and not available, we reserve the right to reschedule or adjust pricing.
Failure to provide access may result in a cancellation fee.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
We accept approved payment methods including credit/debit cards and other agreed-upon forms of payment.
Deposits may be required for larger services such as paint correction or ceramic coatings.
Unpaid balances may result in refusal of future service.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Same-day cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
- Repeat Detailing reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Vehicle Condition & Liability
Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings from the vehicle prior to service.
Repeat Detailing is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Mechanical or electrical issues
- Loose trim, fragile components, or improperly installed parts
- Damage resulting from prior wear and tear
Visible pre-existing damage may be documented before service begins.
6. Results Disclaimer
While we strive for the highest quality results, detailing services do not guarantee:
- Complete removal of all stains or odors
- Perfection on severely damaged paint
- Permanent protection without proper maintenance
Ceramic coatings require proper aftercare to maintain effectiveness.
7. Limitation of Liability
Repeat Detailing’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service rendered.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By booking services with Repeat Detailing, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
9. SMS COMMUNICATION TERMS
By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Repeat Detailing. These messages may include appointment reminders, service updates, follow-up messages, and promotional messages if you have given consent.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
To rejoin, sign up again through the original method you used to opt in, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
